Many projects resemble each other almost like an egg to the other – with the work templates in WorkHeld you don’t have to reinvent the wheel over and over again, but can easily access templates for your work orders.

Many processes in assembly, service or maintenance are repeated in one way or another. Therefore it does not make sense to create them from scratch again and again. This is not only time-consuming, but also prevents learning from completed projects.

Work templates from existing projects

With the work templates in WorkHeld there is no need to create a template first. Instead, the work templates can be created and saved from an existing project at the push of a button.

This means that you can use an already successfully completed project to create a template. Alternatively, you can, of course, create a new project as usual and use it to create a work template.

Templates without restrictions

It is just as easy to fill a new project from a work template. Simply create a new project. As long as you have not yet created any work orders in it, you will find the APPLY TEMPLATE button in the project overview.

You can then select the desired template and also select and deselect work orders within the template. Before the project is finally filled with the contents of the work template, you can enter a new order address.

So it is up to you whether you want to copy a work template 1 to 1 or adapt it in detail.

Everything under control with the template management

With WorkHeld you always have an overview of all work templates and can easily search or delete them when they are no longer needed.
